Local Cub Scouts recently got an up-close look at life at sea in the 1800s when they toured the topsail ketch Hawaiian Chieftain, a replica of a typical European merchant trader of the turn of the 19th century.

The members of Antioch’s Pack 153, seen above, received a tour on board and learned all about life at sea. They also participated in the ceremonial folding of the U.S. flag.
