At the recent Rumble in the Redwoods competition in Aptos, martial artists from Crosley Gracie Jiu-Jitsu took home eight first-place trophies.

The Brentwood martial arts academy brought to the competition 21 students ranging in age from 6 to 12. More than 400 competitors were present at the Rumble.

First-place winners were Jeff Angus, Amanda Butterfield, Isaiah Garcia, Gabriel Guerrero, Justin Hansz, Evan Masters, Andrew Wagenaar and Tucker Yeley.
