James Frank Gallardo, also known as Jim, was born on July 22, 1930 and passed away at his home in Brentwood on April 16, 2011 at the age of 80. He was born and raised in San Francisco.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Juanita; son, Jaime; daughter, Jenelle; and his grandchildren, Ramon and Ariana. He was the son of Trinidad Estrada Gallardo and Manuel Serrano Gallardo and brother to Charles Phillip Gallardo.

He served in the Korean War as a sergeant and was honored with honorable medals. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his humble, generous and humorous personality. He cared deeply for his grandchildren and was the best grandfather you could ask for. He will be forever in our hearts and won’t ever be forgotten.
