Tyler Philapil is pleased to announce the arrival of his baby brother, Gabriel Jayson Philapil. Gabriel was born at Walnut Creek Kaiser on Aug. 18, 2007 at 1:31 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 21 ¾ inches. Welcome home, baby brother. We are so happy you are finally here!
